Q1: Haven't been able to connect?

A1: If there are a lot of Bluetooth signals around you, please clear the pairing（Press quickly the "MFB" 4 times）， then reconnect your own device.

Q2: Dual link Mode

A2: Button B1 is for the first connection, Button B2 is for the second. Click button B2 to connect a second headphone after the first connection is completed. Ignore the B2 button if only one person using it.

Q3: My transmitter is at max volume, why is the sound still so quiet?

A3: Please also try to adjust the volume on your headphones and audio source. You should be able to reach sufficient volume levels by adjusting them.

Q4: Can it be used for guitar or piano?

A4: NOT recommended, please use professional adapter.

Q5: How to pair airpods ?

A5: A，Place the AirPods in the charging case. Open the lid. Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case until the case's light flashes white. B，power on our transmitter,click the "B1" button to enter pairing mode, the B1 indicator light will flash rapidly. When "B1" indicator stays white simultaneously, pairing is successful.
